About AKIBA LOST

From IzanagiGames, the studio that challenged the boundaries between film and games with Death Come True, in collaboration with Nippon Television Network Corporation, one of Japan’s leading terrestrial broadcasters, and AX-ON, a renowned drama production company, comes a brand-new full-length live-action ensemble multi-angle suspense adventure — AKIBA LOST.

Players will uncover the truth behind the story by switching perspectives between the protagonist, Shinjo, and six female characters in a “zapping-style adventure game.”

Set in Akihabara, Japan’s world-famous subculture hub, the story follows Shinjo, a game creator, who brings together six unique and charismatic women — each symbolizing a different facet of Akihabara itself.

To further enhance the quality and realism of the game, a live-action drama created as part of the production process will air on Nippon Television in January 2026.

AKIBA LOST is the Winner of the Japan Game Awards 2025: Future Division.
